What is ACCET?
Australian Choral Conductors Education and Training (ACCET) is the resource website for choral conductors across Australia and reaching choral musicians across the world.
ACCET provides conductor training, voice and repertoire information. Also, ACCET runs an annual Summer School in Melbourne for choral conductors at all skill levels: from beginner to advanced.
ACCET is developing a graduate conducting programme to provide in-depth skills and qualifications in this country
The committee
Victorian members of the Australian National Choral Association (ANCA) and RSCM Australia formed the Australian Choral Conductors Education and Training (ACCET) to address the need for ongoing conductor training.
The committee has provided successful Summer Schools since 1992 and Spring Schools since 1999. This website adds to the service ACCET provides to all choral conductors.
