A main focus of the Summer School was choral composition, with the two main presenters, Katy Abbott and David Hamilton, both being well-known choral composers. One of the sessions also included four Australian composers: Noel Ancell, Mark Puddy, June Nixon and Bronwyn Morrissey (for Wendy Morrissey).
